A choice of disciplines preparing delegates for the EXIN ITIL Practitioner qualification in the chosen subject. With the exception of the combine Release & Control Practitioner course which is 5 days in duration, all other courses are 3 days duration and follows the guidance in ITIL for the appropriate discipline: Problem Management, Service Desk/Incident Management, Change Management, Service Level Management and Configuration Management, Financial Management and Release & Control. In the afternoon of the last day of each course is the EXIN examination.
