By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to;-
* Describe the latest thinking around leadership.
* Identify characteristics of effective leaders.
* Identify their personal leadership style.
* Explain situational leadership.
* Explain the implications of their preferred style- potential strengths and improvement areas.
* Select appropriate approaches for various leadership situations, to achieve the best outcomes.
* Identify learning preferences and their implications- for them as learners and as coaches.
* Demonstrate how to coach staff to enable them to meet performance standards.
This is a 1 day course in Central London, from 9.30am to 5pm.
