By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to;-
* Identify the characteristics of assertive, aggressive and passive behaviour.
* Identify 3 steps to improve their personal confidence.
* Handle praise and criticism both as giver & receiver.
* Plan to overcome the difficulties they experience when saying 'no'.
* Describe how to cope with aggressive or passive behaviour in others.
* Demonstrate how to communicate more effectively by the practical use of different levels of assertive behaviour.
* Write a plan to improve their effectiveness at work by implementing techniques to behave more assertively.

This is a 1 day course, in central London, from 9.30am to 5pm.
