This section of the course introduces delegates to the concept of leadership, leadership styles, traits of leaders and factors that effect style. The second part of the training course is a structured and detailed set of exercises and activities to help delegates explore what they have currently learned and to put the knowledge into practice, including:

o What Do Leaders Do?
o Defining Leaders and Leadership
Delegates are also asked to explore the many Myths associated with Leadership, asked questions like "Why Invest In Leadership?", "What Really Makes a Leader", and "The Leader as Delegator".
