The Platform is an award-winning, highly-sophisticated management training system that comprises 9 modules dealing with subsections of three themes - Business Focus, Personal Growth and Interpersonal Skills. An additional Sales Management module is also available. Delegates study the subject matter of each module over the internet or on CD and then attend a one day workshop on the module. Telephone support and mentoring is provided after the workshops to embed learning.

Modules can be purchased independently but grea savings can be made when an organisation buys the complete set. Customisation of the system is possible. There are no ongoing licence fees and ownership is absolute.
