lifecycle and the core concepts of
BPM. The course will introduce the
key steps and components
necessary for successful BPM
implementation which, based around
an assessment of your organisation’s
process and BPM maturity, will
enable the creation of a roadmap for
BPM implementation tailored to your
organisation’s specific needs.
Requirements:
Must have some grasp
of process design and implementation
as well as being familiar the important
issues that affect the management of
businesses today. The course makes
no reference to specific software
tools and no knowledge of the ARIS
Platform is required.
