basics for setting up your own ARIS
PPM process performance management
projects and analyzing your
specific business processes. This
covers the modeling of the processes
to be analyzed, the definition of data
extraction from application systems
and data import to ARIS PPM (using
ARIS PPM CSV, JDBC and SAP
Extractors) and the definition of the
key performance indicators, dimensions
and other evaluation criteria in
ARIS PPM. You will also learn about
operating the ARIS PPM system from
installation and administration
through to live support for the system.
Requirements: Attendance of
Analyzing Processes with ARIS PPM
(PPM1) training; Basic knowledge of
software development and Microsoft
Windows system services
