The purpose of this programme is to explore the concept of leadership and empowerment and determine why leadership is a requirement of modern organisation management and development.
Delegates will enhance their individual self awareness of their own leadership style through the use of the Emotional Intelligence Model, and will gain an understanding of why effective leaders adapt their style to fit the situational context.
The concept of empowerment is also explored as an effective performance improvement strategy for those in Senior manager / Director level positions.
