A one day course exploring established tools and techniques to work assertively to achieve a win-win with others. Each participant will complete a personality profile which will enable them to understand and influence others more effectively. Course dates: 20 May 2004 and 16 November 2004 By the end of the course participants will be able to: - Identify behaviours in themselves and others that lead to non-assertive behaviour - Use a variety of assertiveness skills to deal with people - Manage both aggressive and submissive behaviour - Project their own authority in an assertive way - Gain confidence in group situations - Learn how to influence difficult people to ensure positive gains for all

Courses are limited to 12 participants maximum to ensure individual attention. Price includes refreshments, lunches and an A4 ring binder with extensive handouts.
