The course outlines the basic principles
and procedural model of process
performance management. You will
learn how to apply predefined performance
dashboards, management
views, and reports, as well as how
to configure your own initial
analyses. Using a running example
(sales processes), you will conduct
a complete root-cause analysis.
Starting with KPI evaluation
(process cycle time, delivery
performance, etc.), you will then
identify the factors impacting individual
KPIs (sales organization, customer,
material, etc.), and proceed
to in-depth views of processes
during execution (feedback loops,
execution path complexity and
probability, etc.).
