How does it work?
With leading industry experts we take you through an intensive theory and practical course covering all the basic requirements in 5 modules. The course can be flexible to suit your needs and taken over anything from an intensive 5 day period to a more manageable 5 week timeframe.
During each of the modules there will be formal classroom training, with subjects including:
How to improve your CV and cover letter writing.
Confidence building for interviews - Be the prime candidate.
Floor and bar service skills development with practical training.
Guest relationship management; know your customer and their needs.
How to improve your sales techniques - Be the top seller.
Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 2 in Food Safety
BIIAB level 2 National Certificate for Personal License Holders
For the duration of the course we will set you up with some exceptional first-hand experience in the events and hospitality industry that we pay you for and which will supplement your course fees.
On your final week of the course you will be tested with a practical and written exam but if you do not feel confident and need more training we simply extend the course.
All of the modules, qualifications and work experience will combine in giving you the foundations to progress into management.

What do you get?
Upon completion of the course we provide you with dedicated career support setting you up with a guaranteed interview for a full or part time position with a highly respected hospitality firm or we can provide you temporarily with work at a variety of events.
So what is the deal?
When taking the course there is a fee, however this is deducted from the hours of work experience you are paid for each week – you only need to complete 10 hours of work each week over a 4 week period and you have paid for the course! The course fee of £240 is deducted thus you are paid whilst being trained. Should you prefer the more intensive 1 week training, the course fee would be payable in advance of commencement.
