The ILM Level 5 Award in Management aims to give practising or potential managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic middle management skills and assisting participants in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level.

Duration – Minimum of 45 guided learning hours including assessment, over 7 x One Day Workshops
Structure and Content
Short Induction lasting 1 hour
Training Days run from 9.30 – 4.30 each day
At least 2 hours tutorial support, available at the end of each training day, or in-between sessions, by arrangement.
