The ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading aims to give practising or potential team and cell leaders the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic team leading skills and assisting participants in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level.

Duration – Minimum of 22 guided learning hours including assessment, over 3 x One Day Workshops
Structure and Content
Short Induction lasting 1 hour
Training Days run from 9.30 – 4.30 each day
At least 1 hour tutorial support, available at the end of each training day, or in-between sessions, by arrangement.
Plus Units as listed below, alternative optional units can be selected, if more appropriate to your role.
