Course Objective: the aim of this workshop is to show the delegates how to gain time and make better use of it to achieve more, both professionally and personally.
A disturbing statistic suggests that individuals devote the majority of their time to lower priority issues. Some studies suggest that at best only between 30 - 40 % of time is devoted to the most important tasks.
The potential to achieve more within job, career and personal life is great. This course will examine how delegates are currently managing both their time and themselves. It will also show how to establish some rules about self-management and disciplines for using time more effectively
Suitable for: All those interested in time and self-management. The course can be adapted to management levels if required.
