Description
These courses aim to provide delegates with the skills necessary to enable them to take correct and appropriate action in an emergency life-threatening situation. The course involves tutor demonstration and student practical exercises. This course can be tailored to suit delegates dealing with Adults or Children.
Objectives
On completion of the course, delegates will have an understanding of:
Handling the approach: emergency actions
Assessing the situation: summoning assistance
Dealing with unconsciousness
Dealing with a casualty: who is not breathing: has no pulse
Control of severe bleeding
Management of suspected internal bleeding
Management of shock
Suitability
Any person who wishes to familiarise themselves with emergency first-aid techniques at the most basic to a higher level.

Maximium of 12 people (HSE requirement)
We run four types of First Aid courses. 3hr & 4hr, full day and 4 days.
