Teams - like leaders - are not born, but are developed. Team development therefore is a strategy designed to help work groups define and diagnose problems they are experiencing in working together and to plan and implement actions to develop them into more effective working units. Much of this potential success is dependant upon the abilities of the team leader to help the team grow through its infancy stage to maturity. This course is designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to effectively lead the development of teams.
