In this course we will develop practical ways of managing the Change Challenges in business management. In this course we will revisit the options, essential skills, and different styles associated with managing the 'Change Challenges'. By the end of this course you will be able to:

The Learning Experience:

A highly participative course with a mixture of tutor input, plenary discussions, practical syndicate exercises and small group work to illustrate the change challenges and the four stages of managing change.

Participants will also have the opportunity, through tutor led discussion and presentation to develop their understanding and confidence to manage the four stages of managing change.

There is an emphasis on participative exploration. A handbook of best practice guidelines together with a set of 'learning helpcards' supplement this course and are also provided.

Course Duration:

The programme is of two day’s duration and is designed for those having previously attended ‘The Managing the Change Challenge’ three day programme. For those organisations that prefer, the two separate programmes can be combined into a four and a half day programme.

Number of Participants:

At OTT Consulting we believe in providing a suitable ratio of 'trainers to participants' to maximise everyone's ability to learn. Given the highly focused nature of this Masterclass we have therefore designed this programme to accommodate 4 participants as the optimum number of participants. Where required we are happy to alter the programme to accommodate more or less participants.
