Every organisation, whatever its size, whatever its purpose, tends to evolve, if it does not it will die. As organisations evolve they need to change, because change is a natural consequence of evolution. Whether it is small companies expanding, large companies contracting, mergers, acquisitions, new direction or focus, all of these will have an impact on an organisation and require it to change in a variety of ways. We all know from personal experience that organisations adapt and change. But recent reports and surveys on ‘change in organisation’ all appear to agree on at least one thing - less than 20% deliver the promised benefits. Change is not simply a matter of changing. It is more a matter of learning how to change. This course is designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to effectively guide others through the process of change.
