The ISRM Fitness Management Certificate leads to the Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Fitness Management and is a vocationally related qualification (VRQ).




The qualification aims to bridge the gap in the training of both fitness suite staff (whose background is usually associated with training in the field of exercise and fitness) and with leisure centre and health club managers/ duty managers, whose background is in general facility
management.

You will be provided with an overview of how a health and fitness facility is managed from the design and technical considerations, operations and management, marketing and member retention.
