Reflexology Introductory Courses

Reflexology is an ancient treatment that has been practiced for many centuries. It helps to alleviate ailments such as stress, headaches, asthma and many more conditions.
The feet mirror the body and when there is congestion in the body it can be felt in the feet. The congestion can be dispersed through pressure and massage and will help to unblock and release toxins in the body to promote a feeling of total well being.
The workshop will be hands-on, informal and no prior knowledge is required.
Students will be able to practice after the workshop on friends and family only.
The workshop takes place in Central
London, very Easy to get to.
Limited to 10 people only, so early booking is advised to avoid disappointment. Please wear loose comfortable clothes and bring a packed lunch. Refreshments will be available.
