Introductory to Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is a beautiful ancient therapy which uses the essential oils of aromatic plants and trees to help promote health and peace in mind, body and soul.
It is mainly used in massage but the oils can be used in a variety of other ways.
This workshop will show how the oils can be used within the home and workplace. Some massage will be involved in the workshop including scalp, face, arms and lower legs.
Aromatherapy can help with a wide variety of ailments, which will be covered in this workshop.
The workshop will be hands-on, informal and no prior knowledge is required. After the workshop students will be able to practice on
friends and family only.
