How to Handle the Media Workshop
Retail Therapy Television run a very successful, fully interactive How to Handle the Media Workshop at our 3 camera broadcast studio in Surrey.
This one day course is split into:
Introduction to the TV studio and crew
Delegates 1 minute piece to camera about themselves
Television Techniques (4 minute, studio based, multi camera “as live” Interview with a presenter)on a relevant topic such as a current Health and Safety issue)
Radio Techniques (This will be a call-in programme where the delegates are put on the spot to answer questions on their area of expertise from listeners)
On Location – Piece to Camera (1 minute interview outside the studio)

This Workshop covers an array of presentation skills and is ideally suited to those who may be called upon to represent either their organisation or to speak on a topic within their area of expertise via a television or radio interview.
All delegates will receive full coaching from our In-House presenter, Steve Hyland who has 20 years of TV and Radio experience. They will also receive course notes and a DVD of their day in the studio and on location.
The one day course is £400.00 plus VAT per person and is for a minimum of 4 persons, maximum of 6.
