This course will provide practical solutions to school self review, quality assurance, leadership and school improvement. Achievement systems, curriculum models and leadership roles will be explored which meet the needs of students by genuinely looking at learning. Strategies for leading the school will be balanced by strategies for leading the classroom. The day is aimed at Headteachers, senior leadership teams, assistant headteachers, key stage managers, year leaders, ASTs, learning co-ordinators and aspiring leadership teams. The day will be led by Chris Haines.
