Behaviour Management and Interactive Teaching Approaches
This course has been designed for teachers new to the profession or to this country. It is classroom focused and will tackle how to lead the classroom and how to manage behaviour. The course will draw heavily on how to structure a good lesson with an emphasis on planning, interactive teaching, questioning, modelling, explaining and managing classroom behaviour. The course will be led by Chris Haines.
The target audience for this course is overseas trained teachers, NQTs, registered graduate teachers, trainee teachers, returning teachers, supply teachers and teachers needing a refresher course. It will show how to build pace, expectations, structure, challenge and relevance into your lessons and provide new teachers with the skills and confidence necessary to develop their classroom role. The course leader will be Chris Haines.
