Prince 2 Tools & Techniques is very suitable for actual or prospective project team members and admin support, or project support staff. Project and Programme managers and directors should attend the Prince 2 Foundation and/or the Prince 2 Advanced workshops, as these cover the application of the processes in much more detail, focusing on their needs in a very structured way.
