The process we use here is to provide you with an introduction to different key skills, enough to give you an understanding of what the skills are, how to use them and when they should be used. We will then help you to develop a clear action plan of how you will then take your learning from the session back to workplace and develop these skills further in your live environment – a highly effective way of learning.
