Problem Solving and Decision Making

This workshop has been designed to provide you with the tools and techniques to analyse, tackle and solve problems effectively and to work with others to solve problems.





Problems can appear in all shapes and sizes in organisations today and if not handled correctly can quickly escelate into something much more serious.





In the session we look at how to categorise problems in order to understand where they come from. We investige the difference between problems that crop up and have to be dealt with immediately and those that we can pro-actively plan for - we look at tactics and tools to deal with both of these types of problems.





The session will also introduce you to a range of tools that can be used to identify the route cause of problems, making sure that the solutions you design will deal with the problem once and for all and won't be just a quick fix.





Added to this, we also look at ways to choose the best solution from a range that you may come up with and how to measure success.





A highly interactive session where you can bring your own business problems along to and work with them to look at a possible solution.

Anyone who needs to develop a wider range of approaches to solving problems and wants to improve their ability to work with others when developing and implementing solutions.
