Effective Presentation Skills

Many roles today require people to deliver presentations. This could be if you are a trainer, manager or maybe you are required to deliver presentations for a local club you are a member off. Lack of structure, confidence and preperation can not only leave your audience confused but can have a detrimental impact on your credibility.

In this course we look at how to structure a presentation and how to prepare yourself both physicaly (i.e. your notes etc) and mentaly. We will also take a look at the different types of presentation media you can use to enhance the message you are delivering. We'll cover:

-What to think about before you begin writing your presentation
-How to structure the presentation
-Using different presentation aids effectively
-Dealing with nerves
-Dealing with different behaviours

We have delivered this workhop to previous clients who all report an increase in confidence.

The session is very interactive with lots of discussion, role-play scenarios and an action planning session.
Prior to the session you will receive detailed joining instruction that highlight the learning objectives and what you need to do to prepare. You will also leave the course with an action plan that details how you will transfer the learning back to your organisation.
