Have you ever wondered how the most admired executive coaches achieve their results? We have - that is why we have conducted an international best practice study in executive coaching studying highly successful executive coaches in the US, England and Germany. Based on the findings we developed the Achieve Coaching ModelTM and applied the knowledge in leading industry organisations like Procter & Gamble, GM Europe and Deutsche Telekom and public sector organisations. We soon recognised that applying the processes, methods and techniques achieves desired results across industry sector and organisations. We also understand the challenges of establishing yourself as an executive coach and address the challenges head on. We want coaches to benefit from the insights and expertise and contribute to spreading best coaching practice in Europe. To do this we have developed the executive coach training.
What you can expect
At the end of this coaching training you will have spent nine months in the company of like-minded individuals and acquired tools and techniques that will provide you with positive advantage as an executive coach and set you truly apart:
· You will be able to identify and apply a proven highly transparent coaching process that sets you apart with organisations and potential clients
· You will be able to master the 5 core competencies of executive coaching used by the most highly regarded international executive coaches
· You will be able to use effective methods and techniques that produce desired results in executive coaching
· You will have identified a coaching style that is authentic for you
· You will have a detailed marketing plan to promote your reputation inside an organisation or launch into creating your own coaching practice or enhance your existing coaching business
· You will tap into the energy and resources of like minded executive coaches and thrive in a strong community
· As a certified Achieve Coaching Model Executive Coach, you will be equipped and licensed for a lifetime to apply the Achieve Coaching ModelÔ to your coaching practice
The Executive Coach Training is designed around six 2-day modules that take place on weekends between April and December 2004 in Central London. This means that you will not have to compromise on existing professional commitments whilst you train with us.
