The critical success factors for project management are virtually identical to those for requirements engineering, a fact shown clearly in the Standish Group's Chaos 10 reports. Many people these days believe that they understand a number of things about requirements - that they are vital, that they are not done well, and that there is never enough time to do them properly anyway.
This course will benefit :
