During the group exercise to music and aerobics instructors course I’ll learn about... designing freestyle aerobics and body conditioning classes, systems of the body, principles of training, physical activity promotion and health and safety. I will then be able to do further courses in order to teach Step Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Health Related Exercise for Children, pump fx, groove fx and/or stomp fx.
