Level 2 Certicate in Fitness Instructing Gym
This fitness course is great for… people who want a career in the fitness industry as a gym instructor. This course however, will not make you a Personal Trainer.
With this fitness course I can… gain employment in any of the major health club chains and independent fitness centres in the UK as well as qualify for entry on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 2.
During this fitness course I’ll learn about… designing cardiovascular and resistance training programmes, systems of the body, principles of training, physical activity promotion and health and safety.
I’ll study this fitness course… in the classroom or online.
