Effective Credit Control Skills

This interactive workshop is designed to help you take a proactive approach towards credit control to enable you to drive your business forward with confidence.

The speaker, James Martin, is a commercial dispute resolution solicitor with the Harrogate-based law firm McCormicks. James has a wealth of experience advising clients on credit control issues, risk management and commercial debt claims. He has also achieved settlement of a number of disputes through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
