First Aid Training - Appointed Persons Course
Course Objectives:
Under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 (1982 in Northern Ireland), an appointed person is one who takes charge in a situation when an accident involving injury or illness occurs during the absence of a certificated First Aider.

Who should attend:
Anyone who wishes to achieve 'appointed person' status within their workplace and have reasonable capability to take charge in a situation when an accident involving injury or illness occurs in the absence of a certificated First Aider.
