Course Objective: at the end of the course, delegates will be able to deliver an effective, comprehensive and persuasive presentation on their entire sales offering. The two days of this course bring together the expertise of two different trainers: the first trainer develops techniques for preparation and content, enabling delegates to produce more complex and sophisticated presentations. The second picks up on issues of delivery – use of voice, body language, connection with material, and creative access - and applies them very specifically to the task of making an impact in meetings and business situations. The combination of expertise provides for a satisfyingly comprehensive course.
Suitable for: delegates wanting a comprehensive overview of client meeting / presentation skills, with much role-playing and video analysis.

- Each member of the team to deliver a stand-up presentation, in front of the rest of the group. This is not to be billed as an examination, but rather a proof to themselves of the progress that each has achieved.
