Course Objectives:
This programme tackles time management from two perspectives - the individual's and the team's. A variety of tools and techniques are introduced geared towards assisting the delegates tackle priorities and 'time-thieves' in the modern-day working environment. Managing diaries, desks, telephone calls, email and travel are all covered together with a focus on helping individuals understand the importance of 'people-handling / management' skills in order to help them assert themselves in a manner that is respectful of authority, but enables them to stop short of being taken advantage of.
