Course Objectives:
In order to become a PRINCE2© Practitioner, you are required to sit both a three day Foundation programme as well as the 2 day Practitioner programme. This three-day foundation will provide delegates with a sound understanding of the PRINCE2© (Projects IN Controlled Environments) project management methodology. Delegates will learn the key components and processes of PRINCE2© enabling them to be able to work as part of a PRINCE2© project team. Day three includes the official PRINCE2© Foundation Exam and due to the intensive nature of this course, delegates should be prepared to carry out some evening work.
