On completion of the course, delegates should be able to:

· Operate Powered Tools and Equipment during Gas Network Operations (Main laying)
· Install Engineering Products or Assets (Main laying)
· Replace Assembly or Sub-Assembly Components (Main laying)
· Conduct Specified Testing of Engineering Products or Assets (Main laying)
· Prepare Resources and Segregate the Area for Highways Works during Gas Network Operations (Main laying)
· Join Materials by Machine Controlled Thermal Processes (Main laying)
· Control Allocated Resources to Achieve Requirements (Main laying)

Delegates must be Operatives working in the Gas Industry and possess either GD certificates or a GNO1 qualification. Possession of Streetworks accreditation is also essential. If an EUSR Card is required, delegates must possess SHEA Gas prior to commencement.
Course Location: West Yorkshire (off J26 of the M62).
Course Duration: 7 days + 1 day on-site assessment
