1. Explore the cornerstones of leadership – hear it from the contemporary leaders


2. Complete the “Effective Leadership” workbooks and self-assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses; build action plans to harness your strengths and develop your leadership ability


3. Work through the “Emotional Intelligence (EI)” self-assessment and build on these skills


4. Understand the impact of your core values; work through the “Values Indicator” to determine these and understand how these affect your abilities as a leader. Discuss further the core values of a leader and rationalise how these can be ‘lived’


5. Learn how to demonstrate performance transactions with your people
