DURATION: Five days live aboard (commencing 0900 on a Saturday, Monday or Wednesday).
PRE REQUISITES:
· Minimum Age 18 .
· Maximum age 64.
· Have logged a minimum of 3500 miles.
· Hold a commercial RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate of Competence (Sail).
· Hold an in date First Aid Certificate.
· RYA Sea Survival certificate.
· Medical fitness examination (ML5, ENG1 or Seafarer's medical issued by a National Maritime Authority).
