1. "How to communicate so no-one will listen": explore the common communication mistakes
2. Complete your own "Effective Communication" workbook and identify your own areas for improvement
3. Understand the importance of values for enablement through working through your own "Values Indicator" assessment; learn how to apply this with your team
4. Develop 'soft' Enabling Environment indicators that will allow you to monitor and continue to improve the environment required for high success and high safety upon your return to work.
