You are not required to purchase equipment for the course as you have access to use the equipment at the training centre.
You do not need any previous skills or experience to apply for this course.

Further Details
Stage 1 Programme is the inital 1 day training period where you will receive a Cosmetology Scotland Certificate on completion.
Stage 2 Programme is supervised workplace experience which is available from Cosmetology Salon or at your chosen discretion
Stage 3 is Competence Assessment where you are assigned an Assessor who will help you achieve your VRQ in Skin Tanning Techniques.
There is an additional cost to progress to the VTCT qualification which is to cover Assessor fees.
We can accept ILA funding for the Stage 1 Programme to assist you in financially.
Training is held in Dundee and will be available in Edinburgh from November 2011.
