The course builds on existing knowledge and experience to teach you how to better plan and manage your projects. As well as covering technical skills such as Earned Value and Scheduling the course also covers “soft” skills such as Leadership and Negotiation.

Successful completion of the examination will also result in an internationally recognised qualification and the right to use the letters APMP after your name.

This course helps learners to:
