This state-of-the-art business simulation, is designed specifically to help you recognise your strengths and evaluate your business decision making. Using a balance scorecard your team will measure your ability to create demand, earn a profit, satisfy customers, invest in the future, manage assets, motivate employees, and create wealth for shareholders.
You will start a new venture and then gradually build the business. As you work through the business lifecycle, new decisions and managerial content will be phased in as it becomes relevant to the current business situation. You’ll see how various tools and ways of thinking become useful as your simulated business expands its operations and must take on new tasks and activities. Important activities like strategic planning, creation of customer value, budgeting, and profit analysis are repeated throughout the exercise.
You will experience at first hand the situations which entrepreneurs and CEO’s face on a daily basis and the decision making processes which they employ. You will become a smarter business manager and team player as a result.

This simulation can be played on a team and/or individual basis on-line over the internet 24/7.
If run in-house or as an open programme we would recommend 12 to 25 participants for this programme and we usually run this for a 3 day duration. We run additional open programmes when we have sufficient demand.
These programmes are run with local and international clients as well as with renowned business schools.
