2 Explain how devices outside the computer case are connected to the PC

3 Identify the three types of software used in a PC.

4 Compare soft and hard boots.

5 Understand how memory is housed in the system and used in Windows.

6 To understand DOCSIS, Broadband Cable Modems and Cable modem termination systems.

7 Provisioning cable modems, troubleshooting noise ingress and customer premises equipment.
