1 Identify the four basic functions of the PC
2 Explain how devices outside the computer case are connected to the PC
3 Identify the three types of software used in a PC.
4 Compare soft and hard boots.
5 Understand how memory is housed in the system and used in Windows.
6 To understand DOCSIS, Broadband Cable Modems and Cable modem termination systems.
7 Provisioning cable modems, troubleshooting noise ingress and customer premises equipment.

The course modules are downloadable one at a time in PDF format. When the first module is downloaded, and the first module exam is completed with 70% of the exam answers being correct. The system will then allow you to download the next course module in the series and so on. Until the whole course has been completed. At the end of the course you will be provided with a final examination of 50 questions. On passing this exam you will be provided with your course certificate.
