This practical, 3 day course provides a refresher of the main graphical and statistical analysis techniques utilised within Six Sigma and re-acquaints the attendee to the Minitab software. The course is entirely based upon in-depth real life case studies and attendees will be invited to bring along their own data files in order that these can be incorporated into the training.

A basic working knowledge of Mintiab is preferable, but delegates do not need any prior experience of Lean or Six Sigma to attend this training.
