This advanced four-day workshop is aimed at giving delegates the knowledge and skills to design, implement and verify food safety management systems based upon the Codex HACCP principles. It is expected that delegates will have a good working knowledge of HACCP and preferably will have completed the RIPH certificate level HACCP workshop or equivalent.The course uses team activities to give delegates a first hand experience of implementation, HACCP leadership and verification activities. It is aimed at HACCP team leaders, team members, managers, auditors and trainers who wish to further their working knowledge.
