The Diploma in Human Resources programme is designed for people who work in or wish to work in the field of Human Resource administration and management. The course consists of nine units from which students may elect to study ANY FIVE from the list. This provides a very flexible form of study giving an opportunity for students to choose units which are most appropriate to their job, career or personal development needs. Please specify your chosen units at the time of ordering. This aims to enable students to develop a broad understanding of the principles of Human Resources management and administration, prepare for CIPD qualifications, learn techniques and good practice for Human Resource administration among other topics. The course leads to a Level 3 award in Human Resources from Open College Network (OCN) which is licensed by National Open College Network (NOCN), a leading UK awarding body recognised by the UK Qualifications and Curriculum Authority. Study Units are also mapped to National Occupational Standards (ENTO) for personnel management and administration.

Further Details
Each element of the course is followed by a written assignment, which is submitted to and marked by your tutor. Upon successful completion of the assignments you will be eligible for certification from OCN. Please note that students’ assessments are moderated three times per year by OCN. Submission dates and deadlines for moderation are fully detailed in the student study pack.
