Who should attend?

This course is suitable for individuals with a role in ensuring optimal use of stakeholder funds including change leaders (e.g. SROs and directors), change initiators (e.g. strategic planners), change appraisers & evaluators (e.g. business case developers), change enablers and change support staff.

What will I be able to do on completion?

The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Managing Benefits guidance to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a portfolio, programme or project management team charged with realizing the benefits of a change initiative.

How will I be assessed?

The foundation exam, taken at the end of the course consists of:
Questions booklet containing 50 questions
Pass mark is a total of 25 or more out of a possible 50 (50%)
40 minutes duration
Multiple choice, closed book.

Typically pre-course preparation will require 2-3 hours of study.
