The objevtices of the course are to give delegates an insight into the use and techniques of the M_o_R risk management method, as laid out in the Cabinet Office guide 'Management of Risk; Guidance for Practitioners'.
Managers new to formal risk management methods, and senior managers considering introduction of M_o_R to their organisations.
All AFA M_o_R trainers have undergone the rigorous approvals process administered by the APM Group on behalf of the Cabinet Office. They are practising risk managers with considerable experience in a wide range of industry sectors.
